Very efficient, slat replaced quickly without any problems. Contacted Jon Beeston Saturday lunchtime as I had found a Slate had fallen off of my roof during the night and heavy rain was forecast. Jon arranged to call the next morning (Sunday) to do the repair. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I have received.
